All sales are final once report generation has begun because ValueTheWebsite provides an immediately generated digital product using third-party data and computing resources.
Estimates and analytical conclusions
Refunds are not provided because you disagree with an estimated valuation, score, metric, recommendation, or other analytical conclusion. Website valuations and SEO metrics are estimates and do not guarantee traffic, rankings, revenue, sale price, or future performance.
Formatting and technical corrections
If a report is delivered with a formatting or display problem, we will correct the report at no additional cost. A refund may be provided only for a duplicate charge, complete failure to deliver the purchased report, or a material technical defect that we cannot correct.

Please contact ValueTheWebsite first if you experience a delivery, formatting, or technical problem. This gives us an opportunity to correct the report or resolve an eligible billing issue promptly.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
