By using valuethewebsite.com you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
ValueTheWebsite scans publicly available information about a website and produces a report with scores, findings, and recommendations. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person may not create multiple accounts to obtain additional free reports.
Free reports and limits
Free reports are limited per person, device, and network. We may change these limits, require verification, or refuse service to prevent abuse.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to harm any website or person; attempt to overload, probe, or bypass our security or usage limits; scrape or resell reports in bulk without our permission; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Paid reports
Prices are shown before checkout and are charged in U.S. dollars through Stripe. A paid report is a one-time digital purchase, not a subscription. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. If a paid scan fails and cannot be completed, we will run it again or refund your payment.
Estimates, not guarantees
Scores, metrics, estimated values, AI-written explanations, and recommendations are estimates based on data available at the time of the scan. They do not guarantee traffic, search rankings, revenue, sale price, or any other result. Some data comes from third-party providers we do not control.
Your reports
You may use and share reports you generate for your own business or client work. The ValueTheWebsite name, design, software, and report format remain our property.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ValueTheWebsite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending your use
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
